Cookbook Love~ Marshmallow Madness!

With summer comes fun vacations and one of America’s most beloved vacation pastimes is camping. What goes along with camping? S’mores yes,  you’re right, but what makes a s’more rock? Marshmallows. Oh, yea! How excited we were to stumble upon Shauna Sever’s new cookbook, “Marshmallow Madness” which has tons of marshmallow recipes for s’mores and beyond!

Before we go any further one of the cool things about this cookbook that I HAVE to mention  is that is “squishy” like a marshmallow. Love it!

Marshmallow Madness is chocked full of marshmallow recipes ranging from your basic vanilla to happy hour cocktail flavored marshmallows to fresh and fruity marshmallows. The cookbook also gives step by step instructions on how to make marshmallows and gives a great breakdown of terms to explain the process as it can seem intimidating, but once explained, it’s a mountain that can be scaled.
