Simple Pie Crust

2 cups flour

2/3 cup shortening

3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1/2 Teaspoon salt

Cold Water

1. Using a fork or pastry blender; mix together flour, shortening, butter and salt until coarse
2. Add water one tablespoon at a time and mix until dough no longer sticks to the bowl.
3. Roll dough out on floured surface

Fill your mini pies with one or all of these unique pie flavors and eat until your heart’s content!
